US First Lady touches down in San Jose

U.S. First Lady Jill Biden arrived in San Jose on Saturday, as a part of a six-day tour of Latin America. The trip to Costa Rica follows a visit to Panama, which was her second stop on a three-country Latin America visit before the United States hosts the Summit of the Americas next month in Los Angeles.
