Union Supreme Court’s Press Statement: Launch of Court-Led Mediation in Civil Suits

The Supreme Court of the Union issued a press statement on the Launch of Court-Led Mediation in Civil Suits on 26th July. It stated that starting from 1st August 2022, Court-Led Mediation in Civil Suits will be introduced in High Courts of the Region, High Courts of the State, Courts of the Self-Administered Division, Courts of the Self-Administered Zone, District Courts and Township Courts nationwide.
