



A workshop on Turkish coffee was held in London as part of Turkish Cuisine Week, introducing participants to its history and traditional brewing methods. The session, titled “Authentic Turkish Coffee Making,” was led by Turkish coffee expert Ayse Kapusuz.
Participants learned how to prepare coffee using a traditional cezve and were introduced to Turkish coffee’s recognition on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list. Foreign attendees also took part in coffee tasting accompanied by Turkish delight.
