Trump lays wreath at Gandhi memorial

US President Donald Trump paid his respects to iconic Indian independence leader Mohandas Gandhi in New Delhi on Tuesday during his two-day visit to India. The Trumps laid a wreath at Gandhi's memorial after a reception at the president's residence in New Delhi, where he was greeted by a military band, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the country's president, Ram Nath Kovind. The two-day visit began on Monday when Trump arrived in Modi's home city of Ahmedabad and attended a massive rally at the country's largest cricket stadium.
