Tree planting: MoC held monsoon season trees planting ceremony

The 2022 monsoon season tree planting ceremony of the Ministry of Commerce was held at the ground where the Department of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Commerce will be constructed in the morning on 24th June.

First and foremost, the Union Minister Dr. Pwint Hsan planted Mahogany tree and the deputy minister U Nyunt Aung, permanent secretary, director-generals, deputy director-generals, officers and staff members of the minister’s office and departments planted totaling 200 trees including mahogany and teakwood.

Then, the union minister and deputy minister encouraged the staff members planting the trees. The ministry planted 200 saplings of teakwood, 150 ironwood, 150 mahogany, 500 lady fingers, 1000 Manjansha, 200 tissue banana, 300 Taiwan papaya, 850 Seintaline mango and 1000 giant bamboo saplings, it’s reported.
