Trade Operation: Kachin State Chief Minister inspects trade checkpoint

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, accompanied by state ministers, inspected the trade inspection checkpoint at the entrance to Myitkyina in Waingmaw Township on Thursday.

The Chief Minister reviewed the work of various departments operating under the One Stop Service (OSS) system. He instructed officials to inspect goods accurately and quickly, while ensuring the smooth flow of permitted food and other essential goods and prevent illegal goods from entering. He also inspected the checkpoint compound and discussed measures to organize large trucks, speed up cargo inspections and construct a vehicle inspection facility as soon as possible.
