Tour in Loikaw : Development efforts in Kayah State

Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office U Aung Lin Dwe met with townselders in Loikaw on Friday and discussed the development works in the state.

The Executive Chief and prty later visited the model vegetable plantation in Naung Yar (A) Ward, and viewed the thriving perennial crops and vegetables. At the State Government Hall, the Executive Chief attended the ceremony to honour the security force members.

In his speech, the Executive Chief praised the collective efforts of all concerned parties for reconstruction of the city which was damaged by the terrorist acts. He urged all to make utmost efforts for ensuring peace and development with rule of law in the city.

During the event, foodstuff were presented for the security forces. In the night of January 15, the Executive Chief enjoyed the music concert, commemorating the 74th anniversary Kayah State Day, at the State Sports Ground and cordially greeted the local residents.
