Toe-tapping King Charles reveals favourite songs

King Charles III has shared his favorite songs, including Kylie Minogue’s "The Loco-Motion," Ghanaian Highlife music, and Diana Ross’s "Upside Down," in his new radio show, "The King’s Music Room" on Apple. 

King Charles III said  "This very last song is one of my particular favourites - it is Upside Down by Diana Ross. When I was much younger it was impossible not to get up and dance when it was played and I wonder if I can still just manage it…"

He recalled Minogue’s 2012 performance at St. James’s Palace for the Diamond Jubilee and praised her song for its infectious energy. The King also highlighted meeting artist Raye at Battersea Power Station, praising her Grammy performance and her role as an ambassador for British music through his King’s Trust.
