Third APEC Senior Officials’ Meeting continues in Dalian

The Third APEC Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM3) continued on Friday in Dalian of China, drawing over 2,300 delegates from APEC member economies and international organizations.

The ongoing SOM3 is primarily tasked with reviewing and summarizing the work of the APEC “China Year”, highlighting Dalian's industrial vitality and role as a window for China's opening-up in the northeast region. It also promotes further progress in cooperation across various areas, in preparation for the Leaders’ Meeting.
