Thingyan Celebration: MOC celebrates the water festival

Ministry of Construction celebrates Thingyan Festival, with the opening of the water pandal on 14th April. Union Minister U Shwe Lay, together with officials, formally opened the pandal and enjoyed the performances of dance troupes from the departments under the ministry.

They also sprinkled scented water to the attendees and celebrate the traditional water festival. The Union Minister and party also encouraged the treating of charity feasts by the staff and family members.
