Suspects Arrested: Three more suspects of Insein Overpass Robbery Arrested

Three more suspects, involved in the robbery case on Insein Overpass have been arrested on December 30th.

The owner of Kyon Sin jewellery shop opened in the Insein market has been robbed on his way back home on December 19th. The robbers took 720 million worth of gold, weighing four visses and 50 ticals. 10 suspects including 7 men and 3 women have already been arrested, together with 16.44 million kyats, 519 pieces of various goldwares, over 5,000 WY brand stimulant tablets and 2 taxies.

Further investigation led the arrest of the remaining suspects at Toll Gate in ThaHton, SaikTanKhin () Village in Phyu Township and Aung Pin Lae Ward in Mottama respectively, together with 158 pieces of various goldwares and 17 million kyats. The suspects will be taken effective action in line with the law.
