State Administration: SAC Chairman Meets With Tanintharyi Region Government

Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Thursday met with Tanintharyi Region Government, districts and townships departmental officials and town elders in Dawei.

In the meeting, the Senior General heard reports on matters including regional situation, water resources, water supply, electrification, tourism, healthcare services, transport sector, education sector, commodity flow, COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment and regional development works.

In his response, the Senior General stressed the 2020 general election issue and election campaigns, the State Administration Council’s efforts, five-point road map and nine objectives, COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment despite challenges, vaccination programme, electrification projects, preparations to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee Union Day, peace process, agricultural and livestock sectors, importance of education, smooth transport plans and efforts for sports sector development in the country.
