Sports Competitions: Commemorating the 74th anniversary Independence Day

In commemoration of 74th anniversary Independence Day, Kachin State Government organized sports competitions. On 2nd January, Karatedo Competition was held at the Sports Ground in Myitkyina. Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and ministers enjoyed the demonstration of Karatedo athletes, and the competitions of under 12 years old athletes.

The honorary cash awards are also presented to the athletes. As part of the Independence Day commemorative celebrations, swimming, traditional cane ball, table tennis, fusal, judo, football and track and field competitions will be held on January 4th.
