Special Appeal Tribunal : Special civil & criminal appeal cases passed and heard

A special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court judges U Thein Ko Ko, Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, Daw Soe Khat Khat and Daw Thin Thin Cho passed judgments on four special civil appeal cases at Office No. 1 of the Zeyathiri District Court, Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 Am on May 18.  In addition, they also heard five civil special appeal cases, it’s learnt.
