Skills Development: Mon CM attends English and Math Competition

Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein attends and encourages the 2023-24 English and Mathematics Skills Competition for Basic Education Primary and Middle Schools students on Sunday. The regional level competition is held at No.8 Basic Education High School in Mawlamyaing of Mon State.

In his remark, the Union Minister said that the development of future youth’s education sector is being prioritized and skills development competitions are also being held for the students to be able to sharpen their learning experiences related to the specific subjects. He called also the students to make constant learning to become outstanding citizens who can contribute for the country.

Next, regional education officer explained about the competition. Then, the Chief Minister encouraged the student’s efforts into the competition and cordially greeted them.
