Search for missing snowboarder on Oregon's Mt Hood

Crews are searching for a second day Thursday for a snowboarder who failed to return from Oregon's Mt. Hood. Searchers took to the air and ground Wednesday after Ryan Mather's girlfriend called to say he did not return home from the snowboarding trip.

KATU reports about 40 people were searching on the ground and the Oregon National Guard was conducting an aerial search. Mather's car was found at Mount Hood Meadows and he was last seen using the "Shootinig Star Express" chair lift.
