Sea-going hospital ship: Tatmadaw medical team provides healthcare services

The Tatmadaw sea-going hospital ship (Thanlwin) with the Tatmadaw Mobile Medical Team onboard which plans to provide medical services to the residents of Haigyikyun Town in  Ayeyawady Region continued to offer healthcare services to 1,025 people in Haigyikyun Town based on the local military hospital on 9th November.

As such doings, healthcare services were provided to 209 medical treatment patients, surgeries to 77 patients, 42 patients with obstetric/gynaecological diseases, 48 child disease patients, 158 orthopaedic patients, 27 patients with ear/nose/throat, 419 eyes related patients and 45 patients with oral disease, altogether 1025.

Moreover, the medics diagnosed 24 ultrasound scanning patients, 43 patients for ECG and 88 patients for lab tests. Moreover, families of Tatmdaw officers served with lunch and nutritious food to the people who were receiving medical treatment at the Naval Headquarters in Haigyi Kyun.
