The harvest season has begun in Isparta province, known as Turkiye’s rose garden. The rose harvest, which is expected to last around one and a half months, has started as gardens bloom with vibrant flowers. A sense of excitement fills the region as producers begin collecting the prized blossoms.

In Isparta, around 5,000 families cultivate oil-bearing roses across approximately 35,000 decares of land. The region plays a crucial role in the global market, supplying nearly 60 percent of the world’s rose oil demand.
