Religious Affairs : Fifth Plenary Meeting concluded successfully

The fifth plenary meeting of the Ninth 47-Member State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee continued its second day session in Yangon on Saturday.

Members of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee led by the Presiding Nayaka Sayadaw of Thanlyin Min Kyaung Pahtamapyan Monastery, Dr Bhaddanta Candima Bhivamsa as well as Union Minister for Religious Affairs U Tin Oo Lwin and relevant officials attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed and sought approval on Vinicchaya, religious and education affairs during the first term of the third sub-committee of the ninth State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee.
