Release of Draft Law: Draft Law on Countering Online Scam released

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued a Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Draft Law on Countering Online Scam is released on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.

The draft law consists of 13 chapters and 63 sections. It was signed by President U Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. The full text of the draft law will be published on daily newspers, MRTV Website, MRTV App and MRTV Social Media on May 14th.
