Regional Development: Chief Minister discusses with officials for development of Thanat Pin

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win together with regional ministers and region/district departmental officials met with town elders and township level officials to discuss matters on development of Thanat Pin town on Thursday.

At the meeting, the Region Chief Minister stressed the needs on better water drainage system and beautifying tasks of the town. He also discussed upgrading of roads and implementation of development affairs in the town with financial assistance of regional government.

The township level departmental officials and town elders reported drinking water supply, upgrading of downtown road and rural development on which the chief minister coordinated essentials. The Region Chief Minister and party then looked into water drainages and called for road and drainage system upgrading.

They then inspected dye-free fish fermentation industry in Thanat Pin and discussed with officials for getting registration and loans and strengthening market for the industry.
