Regional Campaign: Selling foodstuff and COVID-19 vaccination

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and the regional ministers observed the sale of foodstuff with reasonable prices and COVID-19 vaccination on Tuesday.

The Chief Minister and party encouraged selling of rice, edible oil and eggs at fair prices by the staff of the Township Administration Department under the supervision of Yangon Region Government and presented Yellow T-shirts printing COVID-19 preventive practices and masks to buyers.

The Chief Minister and party looked into body temperature screening and measuring of oxygen level in the blood to 150 people who would receive COVID-19 doses at Maha Sasana Beikman and also administering booster doses.

At the Myintha Myo Oo monastic education school in South Okkalapa Township, the Chief Minister and party looked into administering COVID-19 doses to 390 students aged 5 to 12 and called for following COVID-19 rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Health.
