Receiving Thai Ambassador: YGN Region CM received outgoing Thai Ambassador

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and members of the region government received the Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, Mr. Mongkol Visitstump, who has completed his tour of duty, at the Region Government Office, Meeting Hall (1), in the afternoon on January 28.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in a friendly and open discussion regarding trade and investment between Myanmar and Thailand, strengthening bilateral friendship and cooperation and regional development initiatives.

Following the discussion, the Chief Minister and the Ambassador exchanged commemorative gifts. The meeting concluded with Mr. Mongkol Visitstump and his delegation warmly bidding farewell to the Chief Minister and the region government members.
