Receiving NBB Deputy Chair : CBM Gov. received NBB Deputy Chair

The Governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar, Dr. Khin Naing Oo, received a delegation led by Mr. Alexander Egorov, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, in the morning on May 28, in the Kantkaw Hall of the Central Bank of Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, they cordially and openly discussed matters pertaining cooperation on banking affairs between the Central Bank of Myanmar and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, enhancing and improving communication channels and coordination among financial institutions, supporting commercial banks that will facilitate trade and economic transactions between the two countries and jointly organizing training programs to enhance the capacity of the staff of the two central banks.

Subsequently, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony on cooperation between the CBM and the NBB was held at the Zabuthiri Hall of the Central Bank of Myanmar. CBM Deputy Governor Dr. Sandar Oo, and NBB Deputy Chairman Mr. Alexander Egorov, signed the MoU. Following the exchange of signed documents, a group photo was taken.
