Rapper Fatman Scoop died after cardiac arrest at concert. Popular rapper Fatman Scoop suffered a cardiac arrest at a concert in Hamden, Connecticut on Friday evening. According to eyewitness reports, Scoop, who’s real name is Isaac Freeman III suffered a sudden cardiac arrest during the concert and was rushed to hospital.

He passed away on Saturday morning. Fatman Scoop was performing at the Green and Gold Party summer concert in Hamden, which is close to the state capital of New Haven. Mayor of Hamden Lauren Garett offered her heartfelt condolences to Fatman Scoop’s friends and family on a post on Facebook.
