Public Healthcare: Senior General Inspects 200-Bed Minbu General Hospital

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Thursday afternoon inspected the 200-bed Minbu General Hospital.

During the inspection, the Senior General heard reports on history of the Hospital, healthcare services for the public, appointment of assignment of medical experts and staff, COVID-19 test, treatment and vaccination, training, ICU preparations for COVID-19 patients and requirements.

In his response, the Senior General pledged to provide assistance to re-operate the oxygen for COVID-19 treatment. He also highlighted the importance of the Minbu General Hospital for nearby areas, praised the medical experts and staff for performing their works dutifully and called for efforts for more cleanliness and patients’ convenience.

The Senior General and well-wishers donated 15 million Kyats to the Hospital and provided foodstuff for the medical experts and staff and patients. He also met with the medical experts and staff.
