Providing assistance: Shan State Government provided assistances to PNO

The Shan State Government provided assistances of foodstuffs and COVID-19 preventive medical equipments to the Pa-O National Organization (PNO) transformed Pyithusit-militia unit (Local) was held at the state government office at 10 a.m. on January 3.

The Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun said that the state government provided brotherly assistance to PNO as much as they can. The peace and stability in Shan State included the security contribution of PNO. PNO transformed Pyithusit-militia unit (Local) is thankful for the cooperation under the supervising of Shan State Government and Commander of East Command.

The Commander of East Command Brigadier General Ni Lin Aung said that the special region of PNO transformed Pyithusit-militia unit (Local) is the most developed region. Just like collaboration with Tatmataw for the regional development and law and order, the cooperation with the Shan State Government should have for the regional development.

Then, Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun provided rice and cooking oil to the PNO transformed Pyithusit-militia unit (Local) and responsible person of PNO accepted. The Commander of East Command Brigadier General Ni Lin Aung presented dried fishes and COVID-19 preventive medical equipments including 3000 masks and 50 of 10 litter containers of hand sanitizer and U Khun Myint Aung from PNO extended words of thanks.

The Shan State Government provided rice, cooking oil and dried fishes worth 6.75 million Kyats and 3000 masks and 50 of 10 litter containers of hand sanitizer to the PNO transformed Pyithusit-militia unit (Local).
