Providing Assistance: Nutritious Food and Relief Aid Provided To IDP Camps

Led by the wife of Kachin State Chief Minister, the State Women’s Affairs Committee and the Maternal and Child Welfare Supervisory Body provided nutritious food and relief aid to monastic schools and IDP camps in Myitkyina Township in Kachin State on the 4th August.
Patron of the State Women’s Affairs Committee and the Maternal and Child Welfare Supervisory Body, wife of Kachin State Chief Minister Daw Nan Sai and members visited the monastic school in Myitkyina and presented eggs, iodized salt, exercise books, masks, hand gels and soaps for the students.
From there, they cordially met displaced households at the temporary IDP camps in Sitapu (Thida Aye) ward in Myitkyina and presented sanitary materials, eggs, iodized salt, masks, hand gel, soaps and cash provided by the the Maternal and Child Welfare Supervisory Body for 26 households.
