Prime Minister begins official visit to Russia

Viet Nam Prime Minister arrived at Vnukovo-2 International Airport in Moscow on Sunday and has begun a four- day official visit to Russia at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Pham Minh Chinh and Russian leaders are expected to discuss measures to further strengthen Viet Nam–Russia relations, particularly in politics.

They will also look to expand cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, investment, infrastructure development, science and technology, education and training, culture and arts. Special focus will be given to nuclear energy and oil and gas cooperation.
