Premier Li meets Serbian prime minister in Shanghai

Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic in Shanghai on Saturday. China is ready to work with Serbia to implement the important consensus, firmly support each other in safeguarding their core interests, and well implement the Mid-Term Action Plan for Belt and Road Cooperation, said Li.
And also, China is willing to deepen and expand mutually beneficial cooperation with Serbia in various fields. Serbian Prime Minister said Serbia firmly supports China in safeguarding its core interests.
Serbia is willing to take the signing of free trade agreement between the two countries as an opportunity to strengthen Belt and Road cooperation, and elevate the Serbia-China relations and China's cooperation with Central and Eastern European countries to new levels, said Brnabic.
