Guests at a wedding in a Los Angeles mansion disperse after police respond to noise complaints as public officials continue to warn against large gatherings amid the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing, washing hands, temperatures, masks, elderly separated, everything was according to standard, says a man who attended the wedding in the upscale neighborhood of Holmby Hills.

With Los Angeles nightclubs closed, party promoters have turned to mansions in the Hollywood Hills to throw lavish, rough and sometimes deadly gatherings that have enraged neighbors and local officials.
