




The Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Khin Yi accompanied by Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council Dr. Maung Maung Naing, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Ma-J Gen. Zaw Hein, deputy minister U Htay Hlaing and officials inspected issuing National Scrutiny Card under Pan Khin Project by the staff members of Tatkone Township immigration and population department at the Maha Bodhi monastery in the morning on December 11 and cordially greeted the local residents.
Next, the union minister met with the local people in the community hall of the monastery and explained the process of issuing national scrutiny card on ground, the importance of NS card for every citizens and the future voting which will be eligible on the holders of any citizen cards.
Then, the union minister, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, commander and deputy minister presented the NSC cards which have been processed within a day to the local residents and they were also provided masks for the prevention of COVID-19.
Afterward, the union minister and party paid homage to the presiding Sayadaw of Maha Bodhi monastery reported the issuing National Scrutiny Cards to the local people with Pan Khin Project and offered offertories to the Sayadaw.
Then, the union minister and party met with the administrators from 35 ward and village-tracts at the meeting room of the office of Tatkone Township General Administration Department and gave necessary instructions on the Pan Khin Project, every citizen to be able to hold a kind of citizen card and no one should be left behind in this regard.
Then, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman Dr. Maung Maung Naing urged the ward and village administrators to cooperate in the project and the union minister and officials cordially greeted them.
