Order No.1/2026: Martial Law Order remains in effect

The Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services issued the Martial Law Order No.1/2026 on Thursday.

It stated that the Martial Law Orders 1/2025 and 2/2025, which were released by the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services on 31 July 2025 shall remain in effect. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services.
