State Administration Council issued the Order No. 21/ 2022 on the 14th of March 2022 regarding the appointment and duty assignment of Chairperson of Constitutional Tribunal of the Union.

The Order states that the State Administration Council has appointed and assigned U ThaHtay as Chairperson of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union under Section 419 of the State Constitution.
