Opening of the International Film Festival “Gorkut Ata”

A delegation of more than 70 film scholars, actors and experts from the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the Turkic states, arrived in Ashgabat to take part in the opening of the Gorkut Ata International Film Festival.

The program of the event was prepared by the TurkmenFilm Association, and drama theater artists and dance groups of the country performed for the participants of the film festival. The festival was held for the first time in 2021 in Istanbul, the second in 2022 in Bursa, and last year the film festival was held in Azerbaijan, in Baku.
