Official Visit : President to pay an official visit to the Russian Federation

At the invitation of Mr. Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, U Min Aung Hlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, will pay an Official Visit to the Russian Federation in the near future.

During the visit, the President of Myanmar will meet with the President of the Russian Federation, the Prime Minister, and the Chairman of the State Duma and other officials from the Russian Government. The President will cordially discuss matters relating to the further consolidation of the existing friendly relations and strategic cooperation in all areas of mutual interest including economic, security and social spheres.

During the visit, the President will also attend the Myanmar-Russia Business Forum. The President will be accompanied by Union Ministers and officials during the visit.
