
The Ministry of Industry has appointed 34 new staff for the post of Head of Sub-division and workshop and promoted 6 staff from the ministry for the same post, vacant at the Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection and Department of Pharmaceutical.
The newly appointed and promoted officers have attended the Basic Officer Training Course and Management Diploma Course for Civil Servants.
On Friday, Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than met with the new appointed and promoted officers, and gave instructions to make constant learning for future development of their career.
He urged to newly appointed officers to strive for achieving better work experience by working together with the staff in the practical work field.
The Union Minister also urged to study for Fundamental Engineering Exam, and to strive for receiving the Skill Recognition Certificate by Myanmar Engineering Council.
The Union Minister later presented honorary cash awards to two outstanding officers who won the Excellent Award, and Outstanding Award in Literature at the training courses.
