Netflix unveils Hollywood’s historic Egyptian Theatre after renovation

Streaming giant Netflix unveiled the renovated Egyptian Theatre, the place that hosted Hollywood's first red carpet in 1922.

The opening is scheduled for November 9, with a screening of David Fincher's feature film 'The Killer'. "In so many ways, streaming has saved the entertainment industry. And this is a symbol of that too," Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandossaid.
