NDSC Orders : Appointment of Chief Justice and Judge

National Defence and Security Council office issued an Order No.36/2025 on Friday, regarding the appointment of Chief Justice. According to Section 427(b) of the Constitution, the Council appointed Daw Hla Myint as Chief Justice of Mandalay Region High Court. Likewise, under Order No.37/2025, U Saw Myo Myo was appointed as the Judge of the Mandalay Region High Court. The orders were signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief.
