MSME Development : Meeting with MSME business owners and industrialists

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than met with MSME business owners and industrialists who engaged in operating factories, leased from the ministry.

The Union Minister stressed that the government is paying attention for development of MSME industries, and urged entrepreneurs to boost production with the use of local raw materials. He added that boosting production could help reduce the use of foreign currency with the fulfilling of local demands as substitution products while also creating job opportunities, contributing to the development of social status.

He also outlined the plans to review the leased contracts  for mutual benefits and called for cooperation of all entrepreneurs for MSME development and boosting production.
