MOFA-UNHCR: MOFA UM received UNHCR

U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Mr. Filippo Grandi, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on September 9.

They exchanged views on the matters related to the ongoing activities of UNHCR in Myanmar, as well as ways and means for further cooperation between the Government of Myanmar and UNHCR. Also present at the meeting were Ms. Hai Kyung Jun, Director, Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific, Ms. Noriko Takagi, UNHCR Representative in Myanmar and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
