Moderate Earthquake: 5.5-Magnitude Earthquake Hit East Of Thandwe Township

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit with its epicenter about 15 miles east of Thandwe Township on Sunday, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.

The moderate earthquake in Rakhine State with a depth of 8 kilometers occurred at 9 hrs 54 minutes 21 seconds Myanmar Standard Time.
