Miss World 2026 boosts Hai Phong tourism

The hosting of the 73rd Miss World pageant in Viet Nam is providing a major boost to Hai Phong’s tourism industry, putting the northern port city's landscapes, culture, and coastal developments on a global stage.

Hai Phong is serving as one of the key locations for the pageant's month-long journey. Over 110 international contestants arrived in the city following the opening ceremonies in Quang Ninh. The contestants participate in promotional activities across major Hai Phong landmarks.

 Filming across Hai Phong’s beaches, resorts, and mangrove reserves distributes high-visibility footage to international audiences, driving interest in the region's eco-tourism and resort sectors. Following the completion of the Hai Phong leg, the pageant delegation travels south to Nha Trang for the Head-to-Head Challenge, charity initiatives, and the Grand Finale.
