A children's hospital at Mexico's border city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas was left flooded after tropical storm Hanna lashed the country's north on July 26. The rain was so heavy that the canal near the hospital overflowed and the parking lot of the emergency area began to flood. Within 30 minutes the water was already inside the hospital, eyewitness told Reuters. Rushing floodwaters have gripped Mexico in the storm's aftermath. At least three people have been confirmed dead as a result.
