Message of Unity and Joy: Chinese Lunar New Year Festival in Yangon

Organized by the Chinese Culture Centre in Yangon, the Chinese Lunar New Year Festival commenced on Sunday with the theme "Let's spend Chinese-Myanmar Family Spring Festival Together."

Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr. Chen Hai, extended greetings, emphasizing happiness, unity, sharing, and blessings, as this year's Lunar New Year represents the Dragon, symbolizing peace, happiness, and auspiciousness.

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein also expressed wishes for pleasant and joyful celebrations during the Lunar New Year. The festivities continued with various activities and programs, marking a time of celebration and cultural exchange.
