Meeting in Mong Maw: VSG meets officers, other ranks and families

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Deputy Commander-In-Chief of Defence Services Commander in Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win met with officers, other ranks and their families from Mong Maw station of the Central Command on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Senior General said that Tatmadaw is a part of the State and servicemen need to serve their responsibilities in whatever roles they are in regard with the state affairs.

Political extremists who want to destroy the country are conducting for the utter devastation and persuading the civil servants and intimidating in various means to conduct CDM to stop the government machinery.

The loyal civil servants, including military experts helped in the necessary sectors including health and transport due to CDM activities of some staffs in disloyalty to the country.

During the third wave of COVID-19, it was successfully overcome various difficulties with the strength of the people, loyal staffs and security members.

Moreover, when the riots and CDM activities have not achieved, the terrorist acts such as killing to innocent people and attacks to security forces have been carried out.

Finally, they have attempted to dismantle the Tatmadaw. In doing so, they create fake news by using irresponsible social media. As they will continue to work for the disintegration of the Tatmadaw, the Tatmadawmen and their families must prevent it with unity.

He also stressed on the security of Tatmadawmen and their families and fulfilling their welfare tasks. He then asked the reports of Tatmadawmen and their families individually and fulfilled the needs.

The Vice Senior General then presented food stuffs for officers, other ranks and families from Mong Maw station.

Lt-Gen Aung Zaw Aye of the office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) presented sports gears and wife of the Vice Senior General Daw Than Than Nwe presented cash for the station Maternal and Children Welfare Association to officials.

After the meeting, the Vice Senior General and party cordially greeted Tatmadawmen and their families.
