At first, the Vice-Senior General said in his address that it was one year since the Tatmadaw held office under the Constitution (2008) and difficulties and crises were successfully overcome with dutiful staff. He said the State Administration Council will proceed as per the provisions of the State of Emergency.

According to Section 417 of the 2008 Constitution, an election must be held after the set timeline, and preparations are underway to hold a free and fair multiparty democracy general election. However, the peace process is being prioritized as the country needs to be stable and free of violence, terrorist organizations such as NUG, CRPH and PDF, and some media outlets that do not want peace and stability are spreading false information on social media and that the government is broadcasting true news via state-owned media in a timely manner.

Afterwards, the Vice-Senior General provided food for the Tatmadaw families and cordially met with them. In addition, the Vice-Senior General and party went to Loikaw Tatmadaw Hospital and met Tatmadaw family members and local people receiving medical treatment at the hospital, and presented them with gifts.

Also, Member of the State Administration Council U Saw Daniel and party who accompanied in the trip of the Vice-Senior General met with members of the Pekhon Township Administration Body, departmental officials in Pekhon Township and coordinated their submissions.
