Macron and Portuguese Prime Minister sign bilateral agreements in Porto

French President Emmanuel Macron signed bilateral agreements with Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro at Porto City Hall during an official ceremony, shortly after the mayor presented him with the keys to the city. This official trip, the first by a French head of state for more than a quarter of a century, was intended by the Elysée Palace to ‘mark the depth and density of the ties’ between the two countries.
