Land Management: Shan State’s committees hold meeting 5/2022

The Shan State Land Management Committee and the Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands Management Committee held their meeting 5/2022 on Friday.
In the meetings at the State Government Office in Taunggyi, Chairman of the committees Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun urged the attendees to carefully verify the points according to the type of lands applied for.
If there is an application for land from the public that is not productive for cultivation within the state, it will be verified and permitted as soon as possible depending on the type of business that the public really want to implement on the land, the Chief Minister added.
The meetings continued with approving the decisions made in the 4th meeting of the committees and making discussions for this 5th meeting.
