Land Management: Coordination meetings held in Nay Pyi Taw

Central Committee for the Management of Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands held its meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung attended the meeting and discussed procedures for managing and regulating unused and unregistered lands. Officials also reviewed a draft standard procedure for addressing unauthorized use of such land.

In the afternoon, a coordination meeting of the Central Agricultural Land Management Body was held, where the Union Minister delivered opening remarks. The meetings focused on improving land management systems and ensuring proper legal use of agricultural and vacant lands across the country.
